Crafting Discipline

Inspired by something I've just read I'm going to take on a 21 day challenge with the aim of creating some disciplined behaviour in my life.

1. No complaining for 21days about anything.
2.75press ups and 25 stomach crunches upon waking up.
3. 40 Kettlebell swings before bed.
4. Take a fish-oil tablet straight after morning exercise.
4.Read a minimum of 50pages a day.
5. The hand is banned.
